
Compassionate Self Healing
Compassionate Self-Healing (CSH) is a personalised approach developed by Amy A O’Day, designed to help individuals restore physical and emotional balance by reconnecting with their true selves.
The process first looks at getting the three elements in balance, your physical, emotional and spiritual aspects.

Physical - this can look like getting any chemical imbalances under control, making sure you are not exercising too much or too little, giving you the things you need for sleep and recovery, optimising your diet etc.

Spiritual - this can look like making sure you have a sense of connection with the world, your purpose, your family and nature, and making sure this underlying cause is optimised.

Emotional - this will be by far the most important element. This will involve a huge amount of self-discovery, where we will individualise the approach to you entirely and what your system needs. We cover a massive range here including and not limited to stored emotions and beliefs of others that you may not have recognised because you are an empath.. Although different for everyone, the process will likely involve the following framework:

The Steps of Compassionate Self-Healing:

Recognition of the healing blindspots: what stored emotions, wounds, blocks, beliefs, energetic tendencies and self-understandings you haven’t seen - unearthing them, bringing them to light.

Releasing these blocks to your healing, in an individualised way, using a huge variety of techniques, or

Replacing the narratives in the body to alter the effect they are having and allowing the associated charges to disappear.

Reconnection - the result: restoring your state of Self (Self-healing) and bringing that aspect into balance.
